GNAA Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) Education Scholarship
The Greater Nashville Apartment Association awards an annual CALP scholarship to a deserving GNAA member. All applicants must hold a valid high school diploma or the equivalent and have six months of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Careful consideration is given prior to awarding an
Education Scholarship with special emphasis placed on an individual’s commitment to the industry, general industry knowledge, and overall character.
Due Date: This scholarship application is due by April 7th, 2023.

W. Miles Warfield Sr. Education Scholarship
W. Miles Warfield was a founder and owner of Brookside Properties, where he had the great pleasure of working in the real estate business with his two brothers and one of his sons as well as with loyal partners and friends. Warfield was also greatly involved in GNAA and served as the association's Chairman in 1988. This scholarship covers the cost of tuition for a selected GNAA scholarship recipient to enroll in the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) course.

NAAEI Alexandra Jackiw Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship
To increase diversity and inclusion as people progress along their career paths, Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM®, a Past Chair of NAA, Past President of NAAEI, life-long learner, and industry educator has established a scholarship fund to provide professional development opportunities for men and women who are members of a racial/ethnic minority group, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender or a person with a disability.
The NAA Education Institute (NAAEI) and NAA believe that a growing and innovative rental housing industry must employ a workforce that reflects our resident population. The Alexandra Jackiw Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship will be awarded to industry professionals each year who are ready to advance their careers through NAAEI credentials. Recipients will have course registration fees covered for these NAAEI credential programs: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) & Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
To be considered for the Alexandra Jackiw Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Program, candidates are required to submit a completed online application form, resume, a personal statement, and a letter of reference from their supervisor or a senior-level employee at their company.
Due Date: The annual application period is typically between early May through the end of July.

GNAA Certified Pool-Spa Operator (CPO) Education Scholarship
The Greater Nashville Apartment Association awards an annual CPO scholarship to a deserving GNAA member. All applicants must hold a valid high school diploma or the equivalent and have six months of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Careful consideration is given prior to awarding an Education Scholarship with special emphasis placed on an individual’s commitment to the industry, general industry knowledge, and overall character.
Due Date: This scholarship application is due January 6th.

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) Education Scholarship
The Greater Nashville Apartment Association awards an annual CAMT scholarship to a deserving GNAA member. All applicants must hold a valid high school diploma or the equivalent and have six months of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Careful consideration is given prior to awarding an Education Scholarship with special emphasis placed on an individual’s commitment to the industry, general industry knowledge, and overall character.
Due Date: This scholarship application is due by February 1st, 2023.
