VP of Operations - Greater Nashville
Nuveldy’s Apartment Turnover Services is excited to announce that due to our growth, we are looking for our next leader in Nashville, TN!
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in the Multifamily industry, specifically with 10+ years of maintenance experience, and 5+ years of management experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to level up their career, level up their financial situation, and apply their expertise to drive Nuveldy’s core mission and serve our customers.

Nuveldy’s is focused on delivering high quality services at an affordable price to Community and Service Managers, with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and being easy to work with.
About the Role
As VP of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base in Greater Nashville. This includes managing the delivery of our services via our contractor base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, managing a small team of Quality Assurance technicians, working with our scheduling and office team, generating and tracking reports on various key performance indicators, providing new customer quotes, and onboarding new customers.
Pay & Benefits
The VP of Operations will receive a base salary of $80-$90k, as well as a significant Quarterly Bonus AND after 6-9 months will be eligible for a quarterly Gross Profit share. The compensation package is designed to incentivize commercial growth and reward the VP for achieving and exceeding gross profit targets.

Qualifications for Success
10+ years in multifamily maintenance or related
5+ years of management experience
Ability to prioritize time and activities in order to meet and exceed targets
Strong connections in Greater Nashville multifamily space
Ability to learn and use new software technologies
Interview Process and Timeline
April 30th: Open Application Deadline
May 1st - May 30th: 2-3 in person interviews, applicants must also take a cultural index assessment
June 21st: Applicant selected and offer made
July 1st: Signed employment agreement
August 5th: Start date
