The role of a Service Director is to ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. The duties include supervising the service team, inspecting grounds, buildings and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns and to manage the turn-key operations. Will also work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies. HVAC certification & CPO required.
