Northwood Ravin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at McEwen Northside, a luxury apartment community in Franklin, TN.

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, provides excellent resident service, and can troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Complete service requests with a focus on quality and first-time resolution
Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparation
Troubleshoot issues and identify long-term solutions
Provide professional and responsive service to residents

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience
EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II certifications required
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests
Reliable, dependable, and customer-service oriented
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license
