Maintenance Tech | Stones River Apartments

We are looking to hire full-time maintenance technician at Stones River Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN. This position consists of assisting the maintenance supervisor by running work orders efficiently and maintaining the grounds of a 206 unit property. Candidate can start immediately. Starting pay $21.00. Candidate must have knowledge of appliance repair, air condition repair and routine apartment maintenance. Previous experience a plus. Comparable pay and benefits.
