What You’ll Do
You’ll be the person residents and team members count on. In this role, you’ll:
Take the lead on daily maintenance duties and service requests
Make sure apartments are ready, comfortable, and well cared for
Keep the property looking sharp, clean, and welcoming
Handle general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and drywall work
Support, train, and guide the maintenance team
Keep up with preventative maintenance to avoid costly issues
Maintain a safe, respectful environment and uphold Fair Housing guidelines
Represent Ironwood Apartments with professionalism and kindness
What You Bring
Experience in apartment maintenance and team supervision
HVAC Certification (Required)
CPO Certification (Required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A steady, “let’s figure it out” attitude
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating on‑call weekends and some holidays
