Position Overview

The Leasing Specialist is the community’s sales representative and coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to attract and retain residents and achieve occupancy and revenue goals. 

As the primary communicator to our prospects, residents, vendors, and market, you must be able to provide exceptional customer service, address the concerns and needs of our residents in a friendly and professional manner, and have good organizational abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail. You will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, maintaining positive resident relations throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.

Qualifications

•    High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or industry designation preferred
•    2+ years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required; multi-family leasing experience preferred
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Yardi Voyager, and social media platforms
•    Knowledge of YieldStar or similar program preferred
•    A sharp and professional appearance along with a positive attitude
•    Valid driver’s license
•    Must demonstrate support of High 5 Core Values
