The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for growing our client base and driving revenue in the commercial property sector. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with property managers and business owners, and promoting our suite of exterior cleaning services and gutter protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads within target markets: MDUs, condominiums, residential home builders and commercial storefronts.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored service proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, HOAs, and commercial clients.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Position compensation is base ($60k) + UNCAPPED commission.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in property services, facilities management, or related industries.
Must have experience selling to property management groups, HOAs, or commercial real estate clients.
Strong understanding of pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter services (training provided as necessary).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with CRM systems, including HubSpot, and sales tracking tools preferred.
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
