This year, RPM Careers Week is coming early, April 17–21! Celebrate the outstanding work of the residential property management industry and raise awareness about our industry among job seekers. Join us as we encourage team building, recognize individuals for their hard work and provide chances to win exciting prizes.

Let’s get started by:

• Promoting the RPM Careers Week challenges. These challenges give RPM professionals the chance to win prizes by entering photos and captions of their RPM experiences.
• Showing your appreciation for onsite teams as they keep communities running smoothly by providing free food, giveaways and fun events on Apartment Onsite Teams Day, Wednesday, April 19.
• Encouraging your team members to post about RPM on their Facebook and Instagram pages throughout the week, using the hashtags #RPMmoments and #APTeamsDay.
• Checking out the RPM Careers Week spirit calendar and our celebrations flyer for ideas on how to engage your team and community during the week.
