Experienced Portfolio Supervisor in the Multifamily Industry. Specializing in "value add" Multifamily Communities through, acquisitions, dispositions, rehab, construction, lease up and property repositioning. I am responsible for capital work, financial reporting and daily operations. I currently serve as Past Chairman on the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Board of Directors and hold my Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation. I am also honored to have received the GNAA Multifamily Executive of the Year award for 2018 & 2020
