Katie Kerkhoff

With over a decade of experience in property management, Katie Kerkhoff is a seasoned Regional Property Manager with a proven track record in optimizing operations and leading high-performing teams. Katie began her career in a fast-paced leasing office in a suburb of Atlanta with a BFA in Sound Design from Savannah College of Art & Design. After discovering how her unique background in the arts and customer service could bring an unconventional perspective to multifamily property management she committed fully to the field and never looked back.
In the past 12+ years, Katie has cultivated a diverse skill set, including development and construction, lease-ups, repositions, and property sales. Notable among her achievements is the successful stabilization of a high-rise in Midtown, Atlanta, which led to her promotion to Regional Manager in 2022. After her move into the role she opened, stabilized and sold a garden-style 322-unit community in 10 months, igniting a passion for motivating teams, fostering partnerships with local vendors and outside the box approach to operating communities.
Katie joined the Greystar team in November 2023 as Regional Property Manager in Nashville and has enjoyed expanding her career in this rapidly growing and ever-changing market. She is active with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association, currently serving on the RPM Careers committee, and is a National Apartment Association 2025 Leadership Lyceum candidate.
