Jeff Hass is the Director of Training and Development at Freeman Webb Company.
Jeff brings 30 years of property management experience to his role and the organization, starting his career on site as a leasing professional and quickly moving up through the ranks to Regional Property Manager.
Most recently, Jeff served as Director of Training and Development for Fairstead, supporting an affordable housing portfolio of 15,000 units.
Jeff is passionate about training, mentoring, and professional growth. He holds several designations from the National Apartment Association, including NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor), and NAAEI (National Apartment Association Education Institute) Faculty/Advanced Instructor. Other designations include NAHMA’s CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) and NCHM’s COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist). Jeff also is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate with IREM.
