Chris Perry

With 20 years of multifamily industry experience, Chris leads transitions for newly awarded third-party management deals, oversees the set up of new construction third-party management, and facilitates property transitions and offboarding through dispositions and software conversions across Tennessee and Alabama. She acts for the TN region as the liaison for special projects throughout Greystar.

Chris began her property management career with JPI shortly after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Keene State College in New Hampshire. After supporting Development and Construction as a Project Coordinator, she transitioned to operations as a Resident Services Manager for a 1,020-unit community in Framingham, MA. Following a role as a Community Manager for a 210 unit property she became a project lead in the construction department for TJX Companies for ADA compliance of all stores nation wide. Chris returned to Greystar in 2016 and has played an integral role in the Nashville region's growth from 12 properties to more than 60 today.

She is currently a Leadership Lyceum Candidate with the GNAA set to graduate in January 2026 and earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential in April 2025.
