Are you a hands-on problem solver with a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service? The Retreat at Dry Creek is looking for a skilled, upbeat, “can‑do” Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our winning team.

We’re seeking a professional who brings enthusiasm, teamwork, and attention to detail to every task. If that sounds like you—keep reading!

What You’ll Do
Bring your expertise and energy to a variety of maintenance needs, including:

Completing service requests with professionalism and efficiency
Maintaining apartment grounds
Unit punches and make-readies
General plumbing and electrical repairs
Pool upkeep and maintenance
Organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop
Handling after-hours emergency on-call work orders (shared rotation)
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Shared on-call rotation
Weekend availability required
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
HVAC experience required
HVAC and/ or CPO certifications a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
