PURPOSE OF JOB: The Account Executive is responsible for growing our multi-family flooring business through outside sales while providing effective customer service by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, meanwhile, helping to maintain warehouse operations.

• Strong focus on generating new business and sustaining existing clients
• Provide positive customer service experiences
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Held accountable to meet sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task with a great sense of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Possesses strong prioritization and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills
• PC skills; Microsoft Office- Excel, Word & Outlook
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance

• College degree, preferred
• Have at least one year experience in flooring installation, preferred
• Prior outside sales experience, preferably in the flooring or construction industries (tile, carpet, vinyl)
