About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Community Specialist to support leasing operations and resident relations at one of our vibrant communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping people, and enjoys creating positive interactions with residents and prospects.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist with all aspects of leasing, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, qualifying applicants, and executing leases. • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of guest cards and leasing activities in our Lead Management System. • Provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents, answering questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive living environment. • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. • Support daily community operations to uphold property standards and ensure common areas are clean and functional. • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain quality services at cost-effective rates. • Assist in preparing reports on occupancy, traffic, and leasing performance. • Uphold Fair Housing laws, company policies, and state regulations with integrity and consistency.
What We’re Looking For: • Prior experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities. • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM or property management software is a plus.
