Rachel Stewart

Rachel Stewart is a dedicated professional with six years of experience in the construction and property management industries. As a key member of Wheeler Inc., a family-owned general contracting, HVAC, and electrical company, she has developed expertise in managing daily operations, streamlining workflows, and problem-solving across multiple areas of the business. Her work ensures that organizational systems run smoothly, client needs are met efficiently, and teams are supported in delivering exceptional service.

In addition to her role at Wheeler Inc., Rachel is an active leader within the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA). She currently serves on the Board of Directors as the 2025 Supplier Representative and is the Co-Chair of the NextGen Committee, where she focuses on developing and empowering the next generation of industry leaders. She has also chaired the Trade Show Committee, helping deliver record-breaking events, and actively supports GNAA initiatives through panels, luncheons, and community service projects.
