Rachel Stewart

Rachel Stewart is a dedicated professional with six years of experience in the construction and property management industries. She is a key member of Wheeler Inc., a family-owned general contracting, HVAC, and electrical company, where she helps manage daily operations, streamline workflows, and support teams in delivering exceptional service.

Rachel is an active leader within the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors as a Supplier Director. In 2026, she will serve as Co-Chair of both the NextGen Committee and the Membership Committee. Through NextGen, Rachel is passionate about developing future leaders by creating opportunities for growth, connection, and hands-on involvement. Her goal is to provide a welcoming, low-pressure entry point for emerging professionals to build confidence, find mentorship, and take ownership of their careers. As Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, Rachel is focused on improving onboarding for new members, increasing engagement, and fostering a stronger sense of belonging across the association. She warmly welcomes anyone who shares these goals to get involved and help shape the future of GNAA.

Outside of work and GNAA, Rachel is an avid gym-goer, devoted reader, and proud serial hobbyist. Her favorite books are Lonesome Dove, The Shining, and Redeeming Love, and she loves to nerd out with fellow readers. She enjoys traveling and chasing meaningful memories but is happiest at home with her husband and their Cavapoochon, Molly Mae.
