Freeman Webb announces that industry veteran Lisa Swick, CAPS(R) has joined Freeman Webb as a Regional Manager specializing in Class A, new construction, and lease-ups.
Prior to joining Freeman Webb, Lisa worked with Bell Partners as a Regional Director where she was promoted from Regional Manager. During her 18 years at Bell, Lisa provided support and operational excellence to assets in states throughout the southeast where she oversaw multiple successful lease-ups, extensive capital projects, and repositioned various assets.
Lisa is a leader who provides outstanding service to her clients. Additionally, she demonstrated her passion for the industry during her years of service on the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Board of Directors, culminating in 2017 when she served as Chair of the Board. Lisa continues to serve as an active Past Chair.
