Professional Bio
In 2012, Lauren was promoted to Property Manager at a community in Lexington, Kentucky, where she successfully oversaw the property through a sale. Following the closure, she relocated to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to manage a student housing community serving MTSU. Her leadership and operational skills continued to shine, and by 2015, she was promoted to Area/Regional Manager, overseeing student housing properties across the East Coast—from Maine to Tennessee.
Seeking new challenges, Lauren transitioned from student housing to conventional multifamily management in 2017 when she joined Timberland Partners. After working on-site for under two years, she was promoted to Regional Manager in 2019, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.
Becoming more involved in the GNAA has been both a personal and professional goal for Lauren since joining Timberland Partners. She has a strong commitment to service, having served on several nonprofit boards in her community. In 2024, she earned her CAPS designation and was selected for the GNAA Leadership Lyceum program, graduating in 2025. Her involvement in the program deepened her understanding of the association and increased her participation, ultimately leading to her nomination to the GNAA Board of Directors in 2025.
A Nashville native, Lauren now lives in Sumner County with her husband and two sons. She is passionate about the multifamily industry, enjoys building new connections, and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the growth of the organization and the advancement of the industry.
