With over 22 years of experience in property management, I am a seasoned industry leader specializing in mid-rise and garden-style communities. As a CAPS-certified professional, I bring a deep understanding of operational efficiency, team leadership, and asset performance.
In addition to a successful career in property management, I am a graduate of the GNAA Leadership Lyceum and an active Board Member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA), where they contribute to advancing industry standards and professional development.
Beyond management, I also am a dedicated real estate investor with a strong portfolio and a passion for long-term value creation in rental housing.
