Allie Murphy

Allie began her career in Multifamily in February of 2020 at a 512-bed Student Housing community in Murfreesboro, TN. Since starting her career, she has held positions as a Community Assistant, Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Coordinator, Multi-Site Property Manager, Corporate Floater and, currently, Community Manager. Through the years, she has managed Student Housing and Conventional communities throughout Middle Tennessee - she also is not afraid to face a challenge, when she held the position as Corporate Floater with Freeman Webb Company, she familiarized herself with markets outside of Nashville (Huntsville/Madison, Alabama and Chattanooga) and Affordable Housing to ensure the team, residents, and asset was taken care of.

She has served since 2024 as the President of the Rutherford County Property Management Association. She is a participant of the GNAA 2024 Class of Leadership Lyceum, was awarded the 2024 Service Award by the Next Gen Committee, and holds two designations: C.A.M (Certified Apartment Manager), Mental Health First Aid.

With the help of her leadership, her communities have received awards from Best Apartment Community to Best Renovation to Underdog: Overcoming All Obstacles to 100% Leased Club. But, she has been nominated for 2024 Management Professional of the Year, 2024 NAA 20 in their 20s, and 2025 20 on the Rise.
