Much of Greater Nashville Apartment Association's work is conducted through its Committees, Councils & Task Forces. The incoming Greater Nashville Apartment Association Chairman of the Board appoints chairs to all standing committees and creates any ad hoc Task Forces that might be required for the coming year.

Beautification/Awards is the committee that oversees the Apartment Community Beautification, Flowers, Model, Clubhouse, Pool, Maintenance Shop and Star Excellence Awards. The awards are presented at our annual Awards & Installation Banquet. 

Communications The objective of Greater Nashville Apartment Association Communications Committee is to enhance membership through our website, social media and public relations.

Community Service
offers a unique opportunity for our members to get involved in giving back to the community with sponsored events and contributions for displaced residents, underprivileged children and homeless residents in our city.

The GNAA Directory, including a Buyer's Guide, is published exclusively for the use of our members and is a tremendous resource for all of your multi-housing needs.

 Greater Nashville Apartment Association plays a key role in providing continuing education for multi-family professionals. Programs include specialized courses, online courses and structured curriculum designed to result in industry designations of proficiency. Our educational programs are offered in a state-of-the-art training facility!

is an annual celebration in which we honor our members for a variety of achievements throughout the year. This is our largest attended event and it continues to grow each year.

Come play and network at the same time during our annual Golf Tournament. Other festivities during the tournament, such as Best Dressed Team, make this a one of a kind outing!

Leadership Lyceum
Members of this committee must be graduates of the Lyceum program. This is an exclusive leadership development program for candidates who have been nominated by their management company or selected through a competitive application process.

Maintenance Mania
is a national competition where maintenance professionals compete against each other in skill-based games built around common maintenance activities. Winners from each local event get a chance to qualify for a spot at the National Championship held at the annual NAA Education Conference & Exposition.

News & Events
News & Events magazine is the number one resource to learn about the issues and topics that affect Greater Nashville Apartment Association members in their daily business. Our monthly publication is produced in full color. News & Events is also now available online.

NextGen is a committee focused on professional networking, career development, and community outreach for the Next Generation of Multifamily professionals.

The monthly General Membership meetings, Managers Luncheons, Maintenance Luncheons and Associates Council Luncheons are the best way to stay educated on industry trends and legal issues. They also provide a great networking opportunity for our member.

 Greater Nashville Apartment Association publishes an annual Market Survey and quarterly reports with the most up to date market and trend information available. This publication is an incredible resource for industry professionals throughout the country.

Trade Show
The Greater Nashville Apartment AssociationTrade Show is held annually. Member companies gain maximum exposure by showcasing their products and services in front of hundreds of multi-family industry professionals with purchasing power.
