Stephanie Burns, CAPS, CAM, NALP

Stephanie Burns began her multifamily career in 2003 as a part time Leasing Agent while earning her undergraduate degree in public relations from The University of Memphis. Discovering her passion for the multifamily industry, she decided to pursue a career in this field.
After relocating to Nashville ten years ago, she began working for NTS Development Company where she was able to further her knowledge of the apartment industry by earning three NAAEI designations; National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
Stephanie has served on GNAA’s Board of Directors since 2012 and during her tenure has served as a co-chair on the News & Events and Communications committees. She has been afforded numerous opportunities for personal and professional development during her years of service with the GNAA and as a result has a passion for the association and looks forward to shaping the future for our members.
Zac Ward is a Regional Property Manager for Freeman Webb Companies. He began his career in 2005 as a part-time Leasing Consultant for RP Management. After working at Hickory Trace Apartments for a year and half, he was offered a traveling position that he held until 2009. Zac began working at First Management Services in the summer of 2009 and has continued to work there since they were acquired by Freeman Webb Companies.
Zac holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been an active Board Member with the GNAA since 2010. During that time, he has chaired or co-chaired: Directory, Membership, Communications and the Awards and Installation Banquet. He loves the GNAA and looks forward to continuing to serve the organization and working with future leaders in the industry.
Stacey Holt is a Community Manager for Bell Partners Inc. She began her career in 2000 as a leasing consultant while completing her degree at The University of Memphis. Throughout the years, she was worked for Fogelman Management Group in Memphis and then Equity Residential, Gables Residential, First Communities Management and Bell Partners Inc. in the surrounding Nashville areas.
Stacey has served on the Board of Directors since 2014 and has chaired the Apartment Tour Committee and co-chaired the Programs Committee. She has held the CAM designation through the National Apartment Association since 2008, was awarded Management Professional of the Year by the Greater Nashville Apartment Association in 2015 as well as being a graduate of the Leadership Lyceum Program. Stacey enjoys serving on the Board of Directors and looks forward to being a part of such a great and dynamic organization for years to come.
Andrew Klahn, CAM, CAPS, NALP, HCCP

Andrew Klahn is a Property Manager with Fogelman Property Management. Andrew began his career on-site in 2006 as a grounds keeper and has worked his way up through all positions on-site. Andrew has earned his National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association, and his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders.
Andrew has served on the GNAA Board of Directors since 2012 and has co-chaired the Communications, Membership, and News & Events Committees. Andrew attributes much of his success to the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and because of this success he is highly passionate about maintaining and improving the Association for generations to come.
