We are seeking a highly motivated Community Manager! The Community Manager is accountable for all community operations including maintaining negotiation and enforcing leases; maintain premises. The Community Manager manages and coordinates persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish Community objectives as set forth by the Ownership. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and Community values. The Community Manager needs to have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and all other laws pertaining to multifamily industry.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees office operations to ensure Community meets occupancy and financial goals
• Manages onsite team and maintains payroll records
• Maintains Community operation in compliance with Fair Housing and company standards
• Coordinates contracts to ensure expenses meet budgetary limitations
• Maintains compliance reporting
• Processes accounts receivable and accounts payable weekly
• Utilize management software (Onesite) to process resident and prospect activity
• Manage collections and eviction proceedings
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• At least 3 year management experience in multifamily housing
• Financial knowledge and understanding of budgets
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
