Greater Nashville Apartment Association Team

Diane Carter, President

Diane is the President of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the Executive Director of the Tennessee Apartment Association. Diane participates in forming new policies and follows through with implementation of new and existing policies as approved by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Diane directs a staff team and oversees all programs and activities of the association.



Scott Meert, Director of Communications & Marketing

Scott is the Director of Communications & Marketing for the Tennessee Apartment Association (TAA) and the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA). Scott assists with the planning, implementation and marketing of the TAA events and meetings, as well as the annual events for GNAA including Trade Show, Awards & Installation Banquet and Apartment Tour.

Connie Morris, Finance Coordinator

Connie is responsible for all bookkeeping procedures including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reports for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.

Daniel Sircy, Director of Education & Events

Daniel is responsible for coordinating all of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association meetings, events and sponsorships along with Diane and Jenna.  Daniel also serves as the coordinator for all of the educational programs.

Ginny Johnson, Membership Development & Sales

Ginny responsible for membership development and sales of the various sponsorship and advertising opportunities that GNAA offers to its members.


Bobby Turner, Statistics Coordinator

Bobbi is responsible for collecting statistical data and the administrative functions of the office.
